Strongly recommend the course for anyone looking to buy a home. The course content is very well stepped out, and can be completed in easy to understand (and very informative) bites.
Veronica and Meighan also very generously made themselves available to help me with my multiple queries about specific properties (via the weekly Zoom 'campfires' and Q&A board), which is greatly appreciated.
The fee for the full course is tiny compared to the value I have received from it. It's a 'no brainer'.

If anyone is on the fence about doing this course please consider jumping off and doing it. I haven't yet bought, but today I already feel like I've won due to the knowledge from this course and the access we are so lucky to have to Veronica and Meighan to ask questions.
My Conveyencar gave me invaluable local knowledge and had I not known this I may not have considered walking away from making an offer or increasing my offer to be the highest bidder ( which I won't do now) I think I've dodged a bullet and I have this course to thank. Highly recommend the First Home Buyer Course.
It is comprehensive and will take time work through but is worth it. I have asked friends/family to help me in my home buying journey but it is not practical/realistic for them to give the time it deserves.
